1. Si - al Series Refractory Brick
(1)Silicon brick, it is to point to contain SiO293% above firebrick, it is the main breed of acid firebrick. It is mainly used for laying coke oven, but also for various glass, ceramic, carbon calciner, firebrick thermal kiln vault and other load-bearing parts, in the hot air furnace high temperature load-bearing parts are also used, but not in 600℃ and temperature fluctuations of thermal equipment.
(2)Clay brick, clay brick is mainly composed of mullite (25% ~ 50%), glass phase (25% ~ 60%) and quartz and quartz (up to 30%). Usually with hard clay as raw material, in advance calcining mature material, and then with soft clay, semi-dry or plastic molding, the temperature of 1300 ~ 1400 C fired clay brick products. It is the firebrick commonly used in blast furnace, hot air furnace, heating furnace, power boiler, lime kiln, rotary kiln, ceramic and firebrick firing kiln.
(3)The mineral composition of high alumina refractory brick is corundum, mullite and glass phase, and its content depends on the AL2O3/ SiO2 ratio and the type and amount of impurities, which can be classified according to the AL2O3 content of firebrick. It is produced by sintering. But the product still has melt - cast brick, melt - grain brick, do not burn brick and amorphous firebrick. High alumina firebrick is widely used in iron and steel industry, non-ferrous metal industry and other industries.
(4)Corundum brick is a kind of refractory brick with AL2O3 content not less than 90% and with corundum as the main phase, which can be divided into sintered corundum brick and electrofused corundum brick.
2. Alkaline Series Refractory Brick
(1)Magnesia firebrick refers to firebrick with magnesite as raw material, with magnesium stone as the main crystal phase, MgO content in 80% ~ 85% above. Its products are divided into metallurgical magnesia and magnesium products two categories. Mainly used in open hearth furnace, oxygen converter, electric furnace and nonferrous metal smelting.
(2)Dolomite brick is an alkaline firebrick made from dolomite. It is widely used in basic converter and can be used as the lining of some refining bags.
(3)Magnesite olivine firebrick is mainly composed of magnesite olivine 2MgO·SiO2. It is mainly used for lattice brick of open hearth regenerator, ingot brick, heating furnace bottom and copper smelting furnace.
3. Carbon Refractory Brick
(1)Carbon brick, is the carbon material as the main raw material, adding the right amount of binder made of high temperature resistant neutral refractory brick products. Carbon brick is widely used to build the bottom, hearth, belly and underside of blast furnace.
(2)Graphite refractory products are refractory materials made from natural graphite and clay as binder. This kind of products have graphite clay crucible, distillation tank, cast steel plug brick, water brick and steel barrel lining brick.
(3)SiC refractory, is silicon carbide (SiC) as raw material production of advanced refractory. Its good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, high temperature strength, high thermal conductivity, small coefficient of linear expansion, good thermal shock resistance.
4. Zirconium Refractory Brick
(1)Zirconium refractory bricks are highly resistant to acid slag and glass and are widely used in severely damaged parts of the glass kiln where the most active glass is smelted. Zirconium refractory also has the property of not being penetrated by metal aluminum, aluminum oxide and its slag.
(2)AZS electrofused brick, also known as electrofused zirconium corundum brick, with the development of the glass industry, AZS electrofused brick has become a key part of the glass kiln must be refractory. It is highly resistant to the erosion of glass solution.
(3)Zirconium mullite electrofused brick is characterized by compact crystal structure, high softening temperature under load, good thermal shock resistance, high mechanical strength at room temperature and high temperature, good wear resistance, good thermal conductivity, and excellent resistance to slag erosion. This kind of product is widely used in metallurgical heating furnace, soaking furnace, discharge port of calcium carbide furnace and wall of glass melting furnace.
5. Insulation Refractory Brick
(1)High aluminum insulation refractory brick. With bauxite as the main AL2O3 content of not less than 48% thermal insulation light firebrick. Its production process uses the foam method, also may use the burn-out addition method. High aluminum thermal insulation lightweight refractory brick can be used for masonry thermal insulation layer.
(2)Mullite insulation refractory brick can directly contact the flame, with high temperature resistance, high strength, energy saving and other characteristics. Suitable for lining of pyrolysis furnace, hot air furnace, ceramic roller kiln, electric porcelain drawer kiln and various resistance furnace.
(3)Clay insulation refractory brick is made of refractory clay with AL2O3 content of 30% ~ 48%. Its production process adopts burn - up and character method and foam method.
