Refractory Mortar Manufacturing

Refractory mortar is mainly composed of refractory powder, binder and admixture. Almost all refractory materials can be made into powder used to prepare refractory mortar. Refractory clinker powder with an appropriate amount of plastic clay as a binder and plastic agent and made of ordinary refractory mortar, its strength at room temperature is low, high temperature ceramic bonding has a higher strength. It is called chemical bond refractory to use hydraulic, gas or thermal hard binding material as the binding agent.

The size of refractory mortar varies according to the use requirements, its limit size is generally less than 1mm, some less than 0.5mm or more thin.
