High Alumina Cement Supplier

High alumina cement is mainly based on bauxite and limestone as raw materials, calcinated calcium aluminate as the main component, alumina content of about 50% of the clinker. High alumina cement is usually yellow or brown, there are also gray.



The main mineral components of this series of refractory cement are CA and other aluminates, and a small amount of dicalcium silicate. Its density and packing density is close to that of ordinary Portland cement. Its fineness is specific surface area ≥300m2/kg or 45 m sieve residue ≤20%. High-alumina cement is divided into ca-50, ca-60, ca-70 and ca-80. The setting time and strength of each type of cement shall not be lower than the standard.

High alumina refractory cement sets fast. The intensity can reach more than 80% of the intensity, mainly used for urgent projects such as national defense, roads and special rush repair works.

Under the condition of common hardening, high alumina cement has strong resistance to sulfate corrosion because the cement stone does not contain tricalcium aluminate and calcium hydroxide, and the density is larger. It also has a high heat resistance. Such as the use of refractory coarse and fine aggregate (such as chromite, etc.) can be made of use temperature up to 1300 ~ 1400℃ heat resistant concrete.
